Public told to 'bin' correspondence
An Island charity is warning the public not to fall for a mass marketing scheme claiming to support it.
Many residents have recently received letters from an organisation called Hospice Aid UK, seeking 'urgent' donations towards local hospices.
But Hospice Isle of Man says it has no connection with the appeal.
Hospice Aid UK is also subject to ongoing scrutiny from the UK Charity Commission over alleged financial misconduct.
