Joney Faragher wants net carbon neutrality before 2050

The Green Issues Coordinator for the Manx Labour Party has questioned whether government's target to become net carbon neutral by 2050 is soon enough.
Responding to the release of Professor Curran's report on climate change, Joney Faragher thinks we should "advocate very strongly for an earlier date as a target for net zero":
