Sailings cancelled - but roads open
Snow and ice caused a few issues on the Island's roads last night.
Some roads were closed for a time and there were several accidents.
Roads are open this morning including the Mount Murray Back Road and the King Edward Road and Mountain Road.
Bus Vannin says all routes are operating and schools are open as usual.
However, this morning's (Wed) Heysham sailing and return has been cancelled due to high winds and the poor weather overnight means there are no papers on the Island today.
A decision on this evening's sailing to Heysham will be made around 5pm.
