'Putting Families First' is this year's slogan
The Island's children's hospice Rebecca House takes centre stage this week, as part of a UK-wide promotion.
Children's Hospice Week this year carries the slogan Putting Families First - highlighting the support given to youngsters with life-limiting illnesses, and their families.
Events to raise awareness of the many services offered at Rebecca House, and to raise funds for the facility, are planned throughout the week.
Senior nurse at the Braddan facility Frances Bland says their ethos and approach with every patient and family is always positive: (play audio)
You can find about Children's Hospice Week events in the Isle of Man on the hospice and Rebecca House Facebook pages.
