Health minister will ask for funds to cover overspend at this month's Tynwald
The size of Manx Care's workforce and the pressure to mirror pay awards given to healthcare staff in the UK makes it difficult to predict the cost of the Island's health service.
That's from the health minister, who'll ask Tynwald to approve £20.8million of additional funding for health for the 2025-26 financial year at this month's sitting.
The healthcare provider has around 3,000 staff members, and negotiates pay with a number of organisations.
