Twelve honours will be announced at Villa Marina ceremony next month
The nominations for the 2022 Isle of Man Sports Awards later this year have been revealed.
Twelve awards will be presented during the ceremony which is set to take place at the Villa Marina in Douglas on Thursday, 30 March.
The event - which aims to celebrate Manx sport from grassroots level all the way up to elite competition - has a shortlist of nominees which contains current and former World, European and British champions and includes 20 different sports.
There are seven nominations for Sportsman of the Year - cyclists Mark Cavendish and Matthew Bostock; TT racer Conor Cummins; swimmer, Alex Bregazzi; Rugby star Bevan Rodd; Track and cross-country athlete David Mullarkey and Javelin competitor, Joe Harris.
Seven names are also in the hat for Sportswoman of the Year - they are equestrian star, Yasmin Ingham; cyclists Lizzie Holden and Becky Storrie; gymnast Tara Donnelly; golfer, Ana Dawson; swimmer Laura Kinley and athletics competitor Sarah Astin.
