Vikings A dominant in women's Premier Division
Bacchas B did their A side a favour for the second weekend running in the PWC Men’s Premier League on Saturday.
A week after defeating Valkyrs A, they held another of Bacchas’ title rivals.
George Harrison and Callum Baker netted their goals in a 2-2 draw with Vikings A, who replied through Steve Crowe and Steve Underwood.
Ramsey A leapfrogged Castletown A in the table, courtesy of strikes from Jake Moore and Connor Hird in a 2-0 success.
In the women’s Premier Division, champions Vikings A put 10 past Castletown without reply.
Kim Carney led the rout with five goals.
She was joined on the scoresheet by Mia Greenwood (two), Kirsty Cooper (two) and Sarah Breen.
Ramsey A also turned on the style, seeing off Bacchas A 5-2.
Kristine Kermeen (two), Georgie Coates, Sophie Stoutt and Lauren Brew were on target for the impressive northerners.
Amy Speed, Ellan Cleator, Maxine Smalley, Imogen Manning and Karmina Kovanda scored the goals as Valkyrs A ran out 5-0 winners over Harlequins A.
