The big guns all triumphed on Saturday to set up two mouth-watering Cu Plas FA Cup semi-finals.
Peel, St George’s, Rushen and St Mary’s all booked their places in the last four as Division Two interest in the competition came to an end.
St Mary’s won the match of the day.
Goals from Frank Jones and Martin Reilly ensured they defeated Laxey 2-1 at the Bowl.
Gary Williams had brought the Miners level during the second half before Reilly hit the winner.
Ayre United produced a spirited showing at home to Peel but it was the westerners who emerged 3-1 winners.
Johnny Myers and Terry Rigaux fired Peel into a 2-0 half-time lead.
Steven Parish raised hopes for the Division Two promotion chasers but another goal from Myers ensured there was no shock at Andreas.
Reigning champions St George’s turned on the style in the second half to triumph 4-0 at Ramsey.
After a goalless first half, Chris Bass junior fired St George’s ahead just before the hour and the floodgates then opened.
Julian Ringham doubled the advantage before Callum Morrissey made it three and Bass notched his second to complete the scoring.
Late goals from Josh Kelly and Paul Jones ensured Premier League leaders Rushen saw off Pulrose.
Justin Hawley put the home side ahead but Barry English equalised and it looked like Pulrose could force extra-time before Rushen finally ended the resistance of the Division Two outfit.
