
Natwest Island Games competitors already in Rhodes are finding it difficult to acclimatise.
Yesterday (Wednesday), temperatures hit about 45 degrees celsius on the Greek Island, which is hosting the event this year.
Competitors who need to get used to the heat flew out on Tuesday, and a further party will leave the Island tomorrow.
