The cup holders went on the rampage and had settled the tie long before half-time.
Leading 6-0 at the break, Rebecca Cole (three), Donna Shimmin (two), Siobhann Lockwood, Kym Hicklin, Stephanie Hoogveld and Angela Waite scored for the Whites.
Gymns’ consolation came from an Eleanor Gawne penalty.
In the league, Corinthians recorded their biggest win of the season with a 21-0 romp at strugglers Old Boys.
Hattie Castle hit five against her former club with Jade Burden and Kiera Morgan not far behind with four goals each.
There were doubles from Casey Halsall, Sammie Caughey and Lisa Costain, while Shelley Simpson and Zoe McCann also netted for the Whites.
