Hickman and Hodson also inside top three
Davey Todd has set the fastest time during opening practice at the 2025 Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix.
The 2024 Senior TT winner topped the charts overnight with a best pace of two minutes, 26.210 seconds whilst his Zeeco BMW Motorrad teammate, Peter Hickman went second-quickest at two minutes, 28.451 seconds.
Completing the top three was Rob Hodson on his SMT Racing Honda less than half-a-second further back at two minutes, 28.824 seconds.
Elsewhere, the quickest of the Manx representatives on day one was Santon man, Michael Evans who finished the session in tenth, clocking two minutes, 33.241 seconds on the RC Express Honda.
Fellow Isle of Man rider, Marcus Simpson on board the WH Racing Team powered by Dynobike Honda ended the day in 20th place with a best pace of two minutes, 43.030 seconds.
The two-wheeled action will now move on to qualifying which is due to start at 11.45pm UK time tonight (7.45am on Friday, 14 November local time).
