Jack Fallon continued his good form with two tries for Douglas; there were also tries from Rich Melia, Callum Randle, Charlie Henthorn, Dom Winrow with Alex Long adding six conversions.
In the other Manx Shield match, reigning champions Southern Nomads defeated Western Vikings 45-0 to maintain their place at the top of the table.
