'If we keep believing, the results will come' - that's the view of FC Isle of Man's manager as he looks to get his team back in play-off contention in the NWCFL Premier Division in 2025.
A 2-0 home defeat last weekend to Glossop North End was the latest chapter in a slump in form that's seen the Island outfit win just one game in their last six.
'The Ravens' match this afternoon (11 January) away at Bury has already been postponed due to a frozen pitch, meaning the Manx club have another seven days until their next scheduled test at Padiham.
Paul Jones says whilst he feels they're in a good place generally, there are several areas they need to address to improve their fortunes:
