Braddan and Dhsob. also make it back-to-back wins in Division 2 (Results: 3 Sept)
Corinthians and Union Mills are among four teams who've made it two wins from two in the Canada Life Men's Premier League following last night's first set of midweek football fixtures of the 24/25 season.
In Tuesday evening's top flight ties, Corinthians were narrow 2-1 winners at St John's United whilst Union Mills made it back-to-back 3-0 victories at Marown.
Both defending champions Ayre United and Peel have also maintained their perfect starts with victories against Onchan and Ramsey respectively.
In Division 2 last night, Braddan have now managed 16 goals in their opening two games as they claimed a dominant 6-1 victory at Douglas & District to stay top of the pile.
Elsewhere, Malew got their first win of the season at Douglas Royal whilst Douglas High School Old Boys (Dhsob.) edged out Governors Athletic 3-2.
The southern derby between Colby and Castletown was voided following a dispute over pitch conditions - the matter is now being looked into.
Tonight (4 September) sees eleven fixtures penned in across the combination divisions, all of which are due to kick-off at 6.15pm.
