Four-way tie in Winter League opener

Quartet score 44 points at Ayre Clay Target Club competition

There was a four-way tie for victory in the first round of the English Sporting Winter league at Ayre Clay Target Club’s Blue Point range on Sunday, sponsored by Manx Vehicle Glass Limited.

Alan Brew, Dave Clague, Jake Keeling and Marty Kneen all scored 44 points from a possible 50 in the 'A' Class.

Dave Roberts won the 'B' Class with 42 scored, and Glyn Hooson-Owen won Class 'C' with 41.

This week at Blue Point it's the first round of the Winter DTL league. Entries close at 10.15am.
