Rider makes history
Jonathan Rea made history at the weekend, winning his fourth Superbike world championship in a row.
He's equalled Carl Fogarty's record of four titles, although Fogarty didn't win them consecutively.
No other rider has won more than two in a row.
He clinched the title with a double victory at the latest World Superbike Championship round at Magny Cours, France, at the weekend.
They were his seventh and eighth wins in a row.
The 31-year-old has won 14 of 22 races so far this season, and has now secured more WSBK podiums (131) than any other rider in history.
Rea moved back to Northern Ireland with his family in the summer, having lived in Castletown for a number of years.
