Fresh from his debut half-marathon, Manx long-distance runner Keith Gerrard is looking towards the Olympics.
The Island Games gold medallist finished as first Briton, and tenth overall, in the Great North Run, setting a new Manx record in the process.
The race, from Newcastle to South Shields, is the biggest in the United Kingdom giving the Manx Sports Aid-backed athlete major exposure on the world stage.
Keith told Manx Radio he was pleased with the result but said he was eyeing greater things: (play audio file)
