
Zoe Gillings gets her winter Snowboardcross World Cup campaign underway in Argentina on Friday.
The 23 year old from Ronague is ranked at number seven in the World.
She has already had a practice run in full competition at the Chapelco resort - the South American Cup round last weekend was held at the same venue last weekend with Zoe finishing in fifth place.
This will be the Manx stars 41st World Cup start - her one victory at this level was in September 2004 in Chile. She has finished on the podium a further three times - the last one was last season when she finished 2nd in Japan.
