One familiar figure who isn't here on the Island is Guy Martin.
He is looking after four wheels instead of two at Spa in Belgium for the Formula One Grand Prix. Guy is acting as extra crew for Williams.
He's been briefed on what's needed before the race. He has helped set up the garage at Spa and now he is working with the William's mechanics.
He is getting a close look at the downside of racing after Phillipe Massa, who was passed fit for this race after missing out through illness on the last race, crashed into the fencing.
