Distance of 68.95m secures win
Joe Harris has won gold in men's javelin at the Island Games.
His furthest throw of 68.95m came in the second round.
Rauno Liitmae of Saaremaa came in second with a distance of 60.37m and James Bougourd of Guernsey took bronze with 53.79m.
Harris represented the Isle of Man at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham last year.
His personal best is 79.53m.
