Manxman takes Rallycross title
Manx driver Mark Higgins has been crowned 2018 British Rallycross champion.
He went in to the final round at Silverstone in third place in the overall standings but just five points behind leader Ollie O’Donovan.
Higgins was fastest in qualifying and won the second semi-final to claim pole for the final.
The three-time British Rally champion then took a dominant lights to flag victory in the final to secure the title.
Higgins finished the season just two points ahead of O'Donovan.
