Manxman bidding for pro circuit return
Manx snooker player Darryl Hill's bid to return to the professional tour has got off to an excellent start - he's competing at the EBSA European Snooker Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, and the winner gets a place on the pro circuit for the next two years.
Hill won his first two matches 4-1 and 4-0, against 19-year-old Ukrainian Vladyslav Vyshnevskyy and Finland's Joona Koskela.
Today's match (Mon 12) will be his toughest test yet, though, as he plays fellow ex-professional Michael Collumb of Scotland, who is also undefeated so far.
You can follow the progress of the former Manx under-21 sportsman of the year and World Snooker 'rookie of the year' by going to ebsa.tv, which broadcasts live scoring from every match and selected video streams.
