Team owner 'reconfirms' they won't be at meeting in 2024
Laylaw Racing has made a U-turn on its announcement about this year's Manx Grand Prix, saying it now won't be involved at the 2024 event.
A statement earlier this week from team manager Eddie Laycock had stated the outfit would be part of this year's event on the Snaefell Mountain Course.
However, a further update issued today (11 January) says team owner, Gerry Lawlor has 'reconfirmed' the team's TZ Yamaha machinery won't take part in the meeting.
Furthermore, Laylaw Racing says Mr Laycock is still planning to be involved with MGP and launch his own team, something Mr Lawlor has offered his 'full support' towards.
