Speech from ladies winner at presentation

And Special Olympian Lawrence Dyer was the recipient of the Manx Telecom Merit prize for finishing for the first time after two previous retirements at Maughold.
Women's record-breaker Karen Chiarello broke with tradition and made a speech praising what she termed the great "Manx spirit":-
