Four have come through in the past few years
More young people are being urged to pick up a whistle and become a referee in Manx football.
In the last few years four teenagers have joined the ranks with overall numbers more than 50.
Lachlan (17), Rhys (15) and Cairan (14) are among those with Lachlan refereeing some senior matches.
However, an ever prevalent issue in football from the professional level down to grass roots is the abuse towards officials.
So how have the young refs found dishing out cards?
