Manx Under-19 side heading to Loughborough this weekend
It's hoped a pilot event being held by Europe Netball will have long-term benefits for both players and the sport as a whole on Island going into the future.
The Isle of Man will have an Under-19 squad taking part in the competition in Loughborough - up to now the Manx Rams have fielded Under-17, Under-21 and Senior sides at tournaments.
Isle of Man Netball Head of Performance, Claire Battye thinks it will allow Manx competitors involved - particularly those currently off-Island - to learn new skills and philosophies in the game.
She also believes it could be a good platform for up-and-coming players to develop as they bridge the gap from the junior to the adult setups:
Hockey: Ladies Masters reach England Hockey Semi-Finals
Commonwealth Games 2026: Design chosen for Isle of Man baton
Rugby: Bevan Rodd included in England's final 2026 Six Nations squad
Snooker: Seventh straight win for Legion
