Island climbs five places in latest classifications
Isle of Man Netball has climbed up the global rankings and now sit 23rd in the world standings.
World Netball has confirmed in it's annual ranking update this month the Manx Rams squad has moved up five places.
The last annual update came on 1 July 2020, however very few matches were played between that date and 30 June 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Therefore it was decided the 2021 classifications would be delayed until 31 January this year - the final qualification date for the Commonwealth games - to allow nations the chance to retain their rankings.
At the summit of the standings, the top three ranked nations remain the same - Australia sit first, New Zealand second and then England in third.
