A new women's Manx record was set in yesterday's London marathon.
Jess Petersson finished in 2:34.56, just shy of 20 minutes ahead of the next Manx runner to finish, Mike Garrett.
Eight local athletes managed to complete the 26-mile, 385-yard course in under three hours.
There were 46 Manx finishers overall.
