The title race in the men’s Premier Division remains an exciting one.
Bacchas A improved their chances – and their goal difference – with a 14-0 thrashing of Harlequins on Saturday.
Connor Byrne led the Vikings A destruction of their B team. He scored five, direct from short corners, with Andy Harding netting the other – also from a short corner - in a 6-0 rout.
Bacchas B won the battle of the bottom clubs, 3-1 against Valkyrs B.
Two from the experienced marksmen Dave Kneale and Alex Bell earned the points.
Steve Lowe was the Valkyrs scorer.
Both matches in the women’s Premier Division went to form.
Andrea Kneen scored the only goal of the game as Valkyrs A saw off Castletown, while two Louise Corkill strikes and one from Jo Hicks secured Bacchas A a 3-0 win over Ramsey A.
