The Ulster Grand Prix is under serious threat this summer, as much needed funding hasn't materialised.
The event is regularly contested by established TT stars such as John McGuinness, Bruce Anstey and Guy Martin, while Manxman Conor Cummins enjoyed a record breaking victory there last year.
However £50,000 - earmarked for essential maintenance and safety improvements to the paddock at Dundrod - hasn't been made available, and the races won't go ahead unless it's found quickly.
Last year the Motorcycle Union of Ireland informed clerk of the course Noel Johnston the money would be donated from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure in Ireland.
