Seven-time TT winner's injuries being assessed at Noble's Hospital
Seven-time TT winner Michael Rutter is conscious, breathing and stable after coming off his bike during the final lap of yesterday's Supertwin race.
His official Facebook page confirmed the 53-year-old fell at the 31st milestone on lap three.
He was taken to Noble's Hospital following the incident, where he's been undergoing scans to assess his injuries.
Rutter's team also thanked marshals and medics at the scene for looking after the rider, as well as the paramedics and staff at Noble's.
