The mother of a local footballer who died suddenly from a heart defect is urging people to register for the next screening session being organised by Craig's Heartstrong Foundation.
Corinthians, St. George's and Isle of Man player Craig Lunt passed away suddenly in April 2005, from an undiagnosed condition. He was 25.
The charity is holding a screening weekend at the Palace Hotel on February 19 and 20 and anyone between the ages of 14 and 35 is welcome to go along.
Paula Lunt says the work of the foundation keeps the memory of her son very much alive (play audio file):
You can visit the website craigsheartstrongfoundation.co.uk to sign up for screening.
