Manxman says it's been a 'long journey' to get to the competition
One of the most prestigious competitions gets underway today (1st July) as players from around the world head to Wimbledon.
This year, the oldest tennis tournament in the world will feature Manx talent.
Billy Harris will be making his debut at the tournament tomorrow when he takes on Spain's Jaume Munar in the first round.
He says it's been a long road to get here:
Chris Cave is a sports journalist and is covering the tournament.
He says while it'll be a challenge for Harris, his chances can't be written off:
On Friday (28 June), Billy took on Australian qualifier Max Purcell in the semi-finals of this year's Eastbourne International.
But his run at the competition came to an end with a 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 loss.
