
Paul Thompson and Lloyd Taggart produced some fine performances to take the honours in the Manx Mountain Marathon on Easter Saturday.
Thompson secured his fourth success in the event in a time of four hours, 42 minutes 17 seconds.
The run, which covers all peaks between Ramsey and Port Erin, was well contested with Dan Gay the runner-up a further five minutes behind and Andrew Brierley in third place.
Meanwhile, Taggart knocked an incredible 11 minutes off the record to win the half-marathon.
He finished in a time of one hour, 39 minutes.
