Fog on the Mountain section, and wet patches at various locations around the course put paid to this evening's TT practice session.
A decision to call it off was made by 6.30pm, with no riders going out at all.
The clerk of the course had initially gone for a 20 to 30-minute delay, to see if conditions would improve, but that was not to be the case.
