Rob Keelan ran in two for Town with their third try coming from Jim Emmett.
In the other Manx Bowl game, Western Vikings began their defence of their title with a 35-10 win against Emerging Nomads.
Liam Sweenet went in for two of Vikings’ tries with the others coming from John Goodwin and Kevin Mellor.
Ryan Burke added three conversions and three penalties.
John Walster and George Collister both crossed for Nomads.
