Burke settles thriller
Western Vikings booked their place in the end of season Shimmin Wilson Manx Bowl final with a 31-29 win against Noa Nomads.
They left it late with Ryan Burke’s last ditch conversion proving the difference.
Sam Radcliffe ran in a hat-trick for Vikings, all converted by Burke, who also added a penalty.
Nomads countered with an Orry Watterson hat-trick, plus tries from Dale Williams and Tim Cook, while Josh Samuels and Tom Duggan added a conversion apiece.
Mark Bienvenu’s late try levelled the scores before Burke’s conversion sealed it for the westerners.
