Douglas Royal beat Colby 3-0 in the semi-finals while Peel pulled off a 4-2 win at league winners Corinthians.
Kira Buchan and Eleanor Gawne both scored twice for the westerners at Ballafletcher.
The final kicks-off at 6.45pm.
