New sessions breath life into old messages
Two different organisations promoting very similar messages have joined forces to help kids' wellbeing over the summer holidays.
Active Souls and Isle Listen are touring the Island to re-enforce that exercise improves more than just your physical health.
Michael Haslett from Active Souls and George Blackwell from Isle Listen spoke to Rhian Evans:
The sessions are free but £5 donations are encouraged, which will go directly to Isle Listen.
