Some rely on UK for life-saving treatment, says Ashford
The Island's borders have to remain open for those who need life-saving treatment in the UK.
That's from Health Minister David Ashford after he was asked whether tighter restrictions should be in place for returning patients.
Manx residents are currently being advised not to travel off Island, but some continue to head to the UK for medical appointments.
Mr Ashford says there will always be some who need to head across:
