Hosted Manx Radio talk show for three decades
Broadcaster and radio talk show host Geraldine Jamieson has passed away.
Although involved in a variety of programmes on Manx Radio, for many she'll be best remembered for hosting the weekly chat show The Geraldine Jamieson Interview, which ran for three decades.
As well as numerous notable local figures, guests on the Sunday morning programme included visiting stars such as Terry Wogan, Patrick Moore, Elaine Paige and Murray Walker.
Geraldine joined Manx Radio after moving to the Island in the early 1980's with her husband Stewart, but it was with the BBC in Northern Ireland that she began her broadcasting career, as she recalled in 2013.
