Business case will be submitted to Treasury
It's hoped a business case to complete the horse tram tracks the full length of Douglas Prom will be brought to Tynwald later this year.
The Department of Infrastructure has been working on developing a design and project plan to take them to the Sea Terminal.
The tracks have ended at CastleMona Avenue since the regeneration of the prom was finished in 2021, despite receiving specific money from Tynwald to travel the full length.
The Department aims to submit a business case for consideration by Treasury before progressing to Tynwald.
