Police out on winter lights campaign
Carry out regular basic checks on your car throughout the year.
That's the plea from Isle of Man Police after discovering a large number of defects over the past month during the winter lights campaign.
As of last Friday, 118 vehicle defect forms have been issued from 220 cars stopped.
Sergeant Jamie Tomlinson from the Roads Policing Unit explains what the procedure is if you are issued with a notice:
