Howard Quayle outlines new rules from Saturday
The chief minister has announced a number of Covid measures to be eased from this Saturday.
Howard Quayle outlined the changes at this afternoon's media conference, following a meeting with the Council of Ministers earlier today.
If there are no more community cases by 1 February, Mr Quayle says all restrictions, bar borders, will be lifted. That would mark 21 days.
Those in construction able to return to work include electricians, builders, roofers, gardeners and decorators.
However Mr Quayle says there are strict mitigations in place:
Introducing ID checks on boats could help strengthen Island's borders
