The Chief Minister says he doesn't believe there has been any detriment to children's services on the Island since the Children's Services Partnership was disbanded in December 2017.
Howard Quayle was responding to a question from Garff MHK Daphne Caine.
Mr Quayle told the court how the CSP had been replaced and the new system was working satisfactorily.
