Youngster stranded on ridge of rocks at Port Skillion
A coastguard team was called out after a youth got stuck on a ridge of rocks in Douglas.
Crews attended the scene above Port Skillion beach at around 4.30pm yesterday.
A cliff technician had to be lowered to secure the youth with a harness, bringing them back to the top of the cliff.
The youth received a clean bill of health after being checked for injuries, and the coastguard returned to the station by 6pm.
