It's been the coldest Spring for 34 years - and that's official.
With Met men at Ronaldsway describing May as cold and windy, figures now show the mean temperature for the months of March, April and May measured only 7.0°C - compared to the long-term mean of 8.3°C.
The month of May itself was saw a mean temperature of just 10 Celsius - almost a degree below the long term mean making it the coldest May in 17 years.
On the second of the month temperatures fell to minus 4.4 - the lowest May temperature since 1979.
The maximum temperature of just over 17 Celsius was measured on the 29th and total rainfall for the month was just slightly up.
Despite the miserable temperatures, there were 241 hours of sunshine last month, slightly above average, but wind speed for the months of Spring showed a mean of 16.4mph the highest on record, beating the previous Spring record of 16.1mph set in 1994.
