Harmer reports positive impact on workflow
Coronavirus was as a 'game changer' in getting different parts of government to work better together.
That's the view of the Policy and Reform Minister who says the pandemic has had a positive impact on workflow.
Ray Harmer was speaking to Manx Radio on the Isle of Man's national day.
