The Chief Minister says it's vital the Island discusses health care reform.
Allan Bell told the Economic Policy Review Committee the current model is not financially viable.
Health Minister Howard Quayle has recently visited New Zealand as the government continue to search for the best alternative.
And Mr Bell believes a debate on the matter needs to happen:
