Development still being considered by residents
MHK Dr Alex Allinson says he is "open-minded" about marina development in Ramsey.
Speaking on Manx Radio's Mannin Line, he spoke about potential private schemes being brought into place, should the proper licenses be issued.
He says the important thing is that residents are considered:
